Thanks for your suggestions...I actually thought of the WW via Oz suggestion a couple of days ago (1/4 of the price of HKG!!) and think it could be the way to go. I am trying to "ground " myself for a week or two so the changes I make are positive, calm choices instead of the panic I have been feeling (and failure depression!!)

On a positive note, I managed to buy the 3 DVD set of "walk away the pounds" and have been doing the 2 mile walk for 3 days now. I have started making healthier food choices and looking at quantities. Overall I am feeling much calmer and have managed a 3 lb loss in the past 10 days so I guess I'm headed slightly in the right direction.

I will definitely keep you posted.
