Jamie-

You have to remember those 30 lbs girl!! You are doing wonderfully, but we all have our ups and downs. I'm sure your parents must be supportive in your effort to change your lifestyle.. Have you tried talking to them and telling them that you would like to see more healthy foods for you in the house.. If one of my kids told me they wanted more healthy foods, I be stocking the fridge in a minute!! Perhaps your parents can give you some kind of spending allowance weekly for healthy foods.. I am sure they would much rather be buying veggies and fruits and chips and dips :)

You know what I find the best thing to do every day.. Get up 1/2 hour earlier if you need to, but as soon as you get out of bed, drink a whole glass of water, refill it, and put that sports bra on!! Do your exercise 1st thing.. You get it out of the way and don't have to worry about it.. Plus, I feel if you exercise first thing, you are less likely to blow it OP later on! Who wants to binge on chocolate and goodies if you've already worked hard in the morning burning that butter!! I exercise every morning. On the days I don't get to, My whole day feels blown... Most mornings that I exercise, I feel like exercising again in the evening! Once you get into the habit, you won't want to break it...

You said you didn't like to exercise.. maybe try something different.. Do you like the dance?? Put some jamming music in and shake your butt for 30 minutes!! I know I hardly gained a pound in collge cause I spent the entire 3 1/2 years shaking my butt like crazy!! I think I must have danced 4 out of 7 days!!

You just need to pull that motivation out of hiding and keep at it!! You're doing super now, 30 lbs gone... Don't let it stop there...
