OK this board is meant for me. I'm Deb and new to the boards here. I am struggling to return to working out and cutting back carbs. I hate the word "diet" and look at weight loss and exercise as lfe insurance...quality of life insurance. I have a heart condition that slows my metabolism down, however, exercise is the best thing for the fatigue that comes with it..says my cardiologist. I have a hard time pushing past the afternoon fatigue that keeps me from stopping at the gym on the way home. I would like to lose 40#'s. I HAVE A PLAN!! I just need to stick with it!
So...here I come...humbly before you all to offer support and gain strength. I can keep it off...I just have to lose it!!!
