((((HUGS)))) hon! Don't be so hard on yourself, you'll get back on track. Make sure to drink LOTS of water, that always helps to make me feel full. I know that when I'm angry or upset with myself I eat. But writing down how you are feeling at that time and really thinking about it helps a lot. Read and reread what you wrote, then write down what you could do differently, maybe making a list. Then try at least one of those things on the list that isn't food related.

Are you sure you want to do homeschooling? Being in school will give you more exercise, more social contact and less time to eat. And being 16 you should only have what, maybe 2 years left? I know it isn't easy being at that age and being in school. Can you join some sort of a club or sport to keep you busy as well? Might help you to meet other kids as well.
