Jamie ~ I'm sorry you're fighting the food demons right now. I definately know how you feel. The thing that helps me is coming up with a plan. I plan my meals and exercise in advance (like the day before) that way I know what I'm going to eat and what exercise I'm going to do. It makes it a lot easier to stick to it. I also have learned not to wait until I'm starving to eat something. It always ends in disaster when I do. It is a good idea to keep your heathy food stored in it's own place. That way you know right where it is and you don't have to look through the not-so-healthy choices to get to it. I hope this helps you. You have come so far already and I know you can do this.
