Hi to anyone who is interested:) !

I'm just using this thread to put in writing somewhere how I'm doing on this 8 minute program. Over the last 4 weeks I've gone down another 4 pounds. I ran into some difficulty the week of Thanksgiving in terms of eating, but I continued with the exercise even though my eating was off. The week of Thanksgiving I only maintained. But this is a whole new attitude for me. In the past I would ditch the exercise and just sit down, pull up to the table and eat myself into oblivion, not this time--I continued to exercise no matter what. I've also been able to get into a smaller size of clothes, so I would say this plan is still working for me.

As far as December goes I plan to continue the exercise and try to work the food program the best I can.

I'm looking forward to the New Year and really committing myself to both the exercise AND the eating program together (like it's supposed to be--with persistence not perfection;) ).
