I just wanted to come back in and say how I did with this program over the last 4 weeks. I have lost 8 pounds and I'm pleased with that (the same rate that I lost following ww 123). The workout actually ends up being closer to 15 min. in the morning with the warm up and cool down. The thing that I have liked the best about this is that it is doable for a very busy person (who can't squeeze 15 minutes from somewhere?--even getting up 15 min. earlier is not so bad). Add a walk in later in the day (or a lot of housework) and I feel like I've done very well for that day. I also feel like this is the longest that I have stuck to ANY kind of exercise (including walking daily) in a long time.

I also would like to add that I feel better than I have in years, my back isn't hurting, and my clothes are getting looser. I feel that I have really gotten results with this program and the eating plan is very healthy and very much like the old ww plan (back when the number of servings you needed from each group was checked off on a list). The down side is that it is a much more regimented way of eating, but it has helped me regain balance (and control) with my eating--I'm sure to get my veggies in. My plan for now is to continue 8 Minutes in the Morning for another 4 weeks.

I recommend this book/program to read for anyone who is having a hard time getting started on the exercise habbit. However, like Steffi said I'm not sure it would do somebody who already has that consistent exercise habbit much good.

judy:)
