If you stay within points, exercise, drink water, and follow the program it should work! Read the threads and the success stories here. Many have done it.

I'm not sure about the goal you've set up. Everyone loses weight at a different rate. It's possible, yes, but it may not happen as fast as you'd like. The important thing is to make the effort and accept whatever results your body gives you. How much do you want it? Are you willing to put the effort into it? You'll find lots of support here.
