A fat cell is best explained as a balloon filled with errrr 'air'. ;) As you lose (fat) weight, those cells don't go away...they just 'deflate'. If you gain weight back, it is stored differently in regards to how it looks on your body because that balloon (fat cell) has already been stretched/deflated/stretched/deflated....etc. Hence the sagging skin and jigglies. ;)

There are several things to consider. First, as said above, time will help but it really does have to do with your own diet and lifestyle and mostly, your own skin's elasticity. Secondly, when we lose weight it often more than just fat loss. If you are not strength training then chances are you are probably losing muscle weight as well. This will make you even more 'jiggly'. Lastly, I agree so much with these lovely ladies...don't let it, not for one second, discourage you. :)
