I can't really speak of MS, not having it or much experience with it. Maybe you could talk to your doctor or get some info from some good MS websites?

I can't help but feel, in my gut, that no matter what someone's physical situation, some kind of exercise can be beneficial. But I think it's important to do only exercise to make you healthier, not something that will hurt you. Maybe if you spoke to a physical therapist?

I feel like there is probably SOMETHING you could do, but you have to find the right thing. Good luck in your search! I think you can loose without exercise, but it can help you loose, help maintain a healthy weight plus a myriad of other health benefits. So I think it's worth doing some research for safe exercises for MS sufferers. Hang in there, and let us know what you find out!!
