Morning KB,

Thanks for the pic comment :)

Yes, I have the rotation guide so if you don't end up getting it let me know and I will give it to you. I used it for the first 3 weeks to introduce gradually the 3 different tapes. Now I do my own thing based on my running schedule.

I would definetly get the fanny lifter as it will make a HUGE difference in the muscles in your legs. It is used a lot in the program for the arms and legs.

WRT the weights, the tapes cue you when to use your lightest, medium and heavy weights depending on the exercise. They recommend newbies use no weights and others start with 3, 5 and 8 lb weights (which is what I am using). One of the instructors does hers with 5, 8 and 10 lbs. The weights I am using right now are plenty for me. I will up them down the line when I don't feel I am getting as good a workout anymore.

All I can say is it is one of the best fitness investments I have made and I really enjoy doing them. They also go buy time wise pretty quickly for tapes that are 55 and 45 min long :)

Tan :)
