I didn't know people could be allergic to animal products. That's interesting. I know the only red meat I have eaten in about a year or so is hamburgers made at home, and I don't ever feel good afterward. I haven't had a burger in 2 or 3 months. I do eat tuna, fish, or poultry. I get in that sort of meat about 3-4 days per week. I think I'll go ahead and cut it out. I know I can get a lot more food for the calories in other ways, and it sure makes you more regular! I think I will, at least for now, keep skim milk. I've never had soy milk, and I'm a chicken!
