Were you a vegetarian BEFORE you got your WW starter kit, or are you embarking on a new vegetarian lifestyle as well?

Vegetarians don't necessarily eliminate dairy products from their diet. I'm not a vegetarian, but I eat many soy products and have close friends who are vegetarians.

I also try to eat as many organic products as I can.

McDonalds has an awesome Veggie burger, but I find I don't go there that often, maybe a few times/year when the kiddies want it, and it's a treat for them.

Soy products are not at all more expensive than meat. With some knowledge, it's easy to eat economically as a vegetarian or someone who eats meat as well. You just have to know your products and know how to put it all together.

On a more personal note, as a teenager, are your parent(s)/guardian(s) supporting your WW efforts? Do they help you purchase the foods you want/need? Just wondering about your support system?

Blessings,

Tracy
