Gotta tell you all. About 2 months ago I tried to get started and lasted about a week. Just got on the scale and I weigh 10lbs less than I did back then. I think that it helped that I wasn't around all the goodies this year, although I had my share of cookies, but I just don't eat so much when I am at home as I did when working. I forget to eat and don't end up eating until 2pm and then dinner after 6pm and a small snack in the evening. Also, I haven't been eating much bread. The bread I have in the bread drawer has been there for awhile. Now I am psyched!!! 10lbs without even trying!!
