![]() ![]() This Challenge will run from 1/12 - 4/21 There are many different aspects to this challenge We are asking that you find something that you can omit from your diet for the entirety of the challenge. For some it may be a red light food or something they are dependent on. The basis behind this part of the challenge is to prove to yourself that you can do that which you thought you could not. So put some thought into it and chose wisely. There will be special rewards for those of you that can finish this part of the challenge! Go ahead and really challenge yourselves...I dare ya! Next, find something that you would like to fit into or be able to do within the next 100 days. It may be a certain outfit you would like to fit you better or perhaps a long term exercise goal...make it your own. Daily goals such as exercise and nutrition will remain a big focus throughout the entirety of this challenge. - Nutrition (based on your own personal program or goals for your diet) - Water (at least 6 - 8 ounce glasses) - Cardio Activity - Strength Training ActivityJoin the Challenge Mailing list and receive updates and support each other via email!
