The......![]() ![]() ![]() Points Challenge This is a 12 week challenge. Here's how it works: Each day you will have the opportunity to earn points based on the choices you are making. The catagories are listed below but it is up to each of you to set your own standards based on your personal program. At the end of each day you simply add up the total number of points you have accumulated. At the end of the week, you do the same ...etc. You can also earn bonus points for other special challenges that will take place along the way.
