1 whole cabbage, and onion, a can - big of Muri Glen stewed tomatoes blended, a carrot and a few stalks of celery. Boil in a pot of filtered water.

Then add some quinoa in the bowl and pour over. I only spice my soup in my bowl, refidgerates better without spices. I add some Ghee, seal salt, crushed red

2 teaspoons EVO

4 anchovies
<br>
juice from 1/2 lime

4 tablespoons of white wine.

Cut the eggplant in long slices, about 0.5 cm thick.
