Julie, I have to admit I can still feel the after-effects of that resistance training in my arms.  Now I see why a rest day is necessary.  I did like the bands
and I&#39;m going to take them with me on my trip this week.

Lisa, I say half a day is a good start.  You made it through BF, morning snack and lunch and that cut down on the calories for sure.  It&#39;s a new day and
another chance.
