Hey everyone,

Just dropping by... We went to the film this afternoon with the kids. It was fun. After that we did some grocery shopping for New Year's Eve.
We will skip the entree for a buffet of appetizers, than we have stew from wild pork, with a lot of veggies. And after that a buffet of desserts. The best of my and hubby's world .

Ready to putthe kids in bed, talk to you...

Carol-Ann: what a great Christmas you had! I sit here with tears in my eyes reading it. I am so glad that finally some good things came your way. You are one of the people who continue to have the Christmas spirit throughout the year... it's great that at Christmas you get some kind of reward.

Yay! It's Christmas! It has been a good one.....and I believe the most meaningful Christmas we've had in a long time! I hope all of your Christmases have been as good as mine!

This is the smallest Christmas we've had materialistically....but it is the BIGGEST Christmas we've had full of love, joy, and laughter. Exactly, what we need right now.

I had an Angel moment today from a perfect stranger....the guy that bought our Excursion off eBay called us out of the blue today and asked how many kids we have. Then he went on to say that he's sending $20 to each kid. Jay and I were just floored. *sniffle* Now THAT is the true meaning of CHRISTMAS!

I am home from knee surgery... It took about an hour total, then about an hour or so in recovery. That isn't too bad. The bad thing is trying to learn how to walk on crutches again (hahahaha) But the good thing is the drugs they gave me... woooooooohoooooooo!!!! Kidding kidding... Now hopefully by the end of the week I will be able to drive, and start my therapy...

Wow what a day yesterday!!! Met with a Workman's Comp lawyer about my situation with my knee. Man oh man did he told me things I didn't know. He took my case, and damn near guaranteed me that it would win. So I'm happy about that for sure!!!

So today I was doing some stuff around here, and called the bank to see how much I have in my account. Needless to say I never got paid this week, even though I am on vacation (persay)... So now I am over drawn big time with my...

My day just got so much better yesterday..

The Surgeon's office calls me yesterday afternoon and says "We have a problem with your insurance, and doing the surgery at the IGR Surgi-Center".

I ask why is that

"The insurance company wont let you have it there, they expect only a 15thousand deductible, and that wont happen there. So we have to move your surgery to St Joe's Hospital".

Ok fine not a problem

Wow almost 11am here and no one has posted yet.... It feels kinda strange to actually post since it has been so long since I had... HAHAHA

Just wanted to let everyone know that I go in for knee surgery tomorrow... My work is still hassling me about the whole situation, so I talked to my lawyer about it Saturday. I'm gonna break it off in their a**....

OK I am off like a prom dress... Gotta to have blood drawn, and a EKG...I have to furnish my own crutches for after the...

Hey everyone,

Sorry for not being here, but I got sick last week. Wednesday, after picking the girls up from danceschool I couldn't get warm. I threw up at night and woke up with a fever Thursday morning. I stayed home and went to the doctor. With the Mexican flue going around here, we tend to be careful... I had a sinus infection. So I got some meds, which made me sleep for two days. Being at home, a head full of cotton balls I decide to get in the season mood and...

Happy Monday!

Well, woke up to snow-----much more on the way tomorrow. I think they are saying 6-12 inches by the end of Wed. You all know what I think of that. Give my bed and a pile of junk food! LOL Not gonna happen though!

Today is a client, abs & yoga, drop hubby lunch and run an errand, home for lunch and study for an hour, quick rest, then the family gets home...

Sorry I didn't come here sooner. Just a bit busy, even to get on my e-book. The trouble with the e-book is, that the moment the kids see it, they want to play games . We were hesitating to buy them a little computer themselves, a V-Tech one, but with this little computer they do not need it anymore. Plenty of games... And mum has to wait until the kids are in bed......

Soooo hard to believe November is almost done with. Isn't is something how fast time goes as we get older?

I know it has been some time since my last post, but real life has been kicking my butt majorly.

I just wanted to update everyone on what all is going on... I blew my knee out at work. I shredded my knee cap, tore my meniscus, and have a slight tear in the ACL. Long story short I will have to have surgery on it. As for the the date of that it hasn't been scheduled. I go back to the surgeon in 2 weeks. He filled me full of cortisone and told me to take it easy... Well that wont...
